Pet Passport Channel Islands

New Regulations to enter the Channel Islands as of January 1, 2012:

Your pet will not be quarantined upon entry to the Channel Islands if all of the following conditions apply:

• If your pet is entering the Channel Islands from a country with a low incidence of rabies, 
• Your pet is microchipped with a 15 digit ISO Standard 11784 pet microchip, and be vaccinated for rabies at least 21 days prior to entering the Channel Islands
• Your pet is accompanied with the completed and certified EU Form 998 for the Channel Islands.
• Your Pet has a Tapeworm (Echinococcus) treatment just prior to entering the Channel Islands.

If your pet does not have an ISO microchip, you need to either have the proper microchip inserted before your pet is re-vaccinated or carry your own microchip scanner.

Your pet passport for the Channel Islands includes:

• The 10 page pamphlet with full instructions for the pet owner and the veterinarian
• List of routes and carriers
• The EU Form 998 Veterinary Certificate for the Channel Islands
• USDA or CFIA Certification Information
• Tapeworm (Echinococcus) Certificate
• Unlimited Email Support

You cannot travel to the Channel Islands directly from a country with a high incidence of rabies prior to January 1, 2012 because they don't have quarantine facilities.

Your Channel Islands pet passport forms are verified at the time of order.
