JetBlue Airlines Pet Policy

JetBlue Airlines requires that your pet be accompanied by a certificate of good health, and that your pet is transported in an approved pet carrier. Jet Blue does not allow pets to travel as checked baggage or cargo.

Your veterinarian will be certifying that your pet is healthy enough to travel and is free of diseases communicable to humans. Jet Blue Airlines also requires that you provide copies of the veterinary certificates and other documents required by the country to which you are traveling.

Your airline pet passport package includes:

• Pet Passport Folder - included with First Class Mail Delivery Options above
• Unlimited Email Support

All instructions and Jet Blue Airlines pet policies are verified at the time of order.

Additional forms can be self printed from the Email Attachment option. If ordering additional forms with First Class Mail Delivery Option, forms will receive a 30% discount. 

There are no refunds on forms unless there is a problem with the information or forms provided.
