Pet Passport Sweden  

To enter Sweden from a rabies free country or a country with a low incidence of rabies, you will need to have your pet micro chipped and vaccinated for rabies at least 21 days prior to travel. 

A licensed veterinarian must complete the official Veterinary Certificate for Sweden. If you are traveling from the US or Canada, the certificate will then be sent to the USDA or CFIA for certification. If you are entering Sweden from a different country, the instructions will advise you of the proper procedure.

The pet passport for Sweden includes:

If you are entering Sweden from a Country with a High Incidence of Rabies, quarantine can be avoided by having a Blood Titer Test done after vaccination and 3 months prior to travel. You will need to select the option above for additional forms and instructions. 

Your Sweden pet passport is verified at the time of order. Note that there is no Email Delivery Option for this product. That is due to the size of the veterinary certificate required for Sweden and the paper on which it is printed. 

If you have more than one pet traveling to Sweden, additional forms can be self printed from the Email Attachment option. If ordering additional forms for Sweden with First Class Mail Delivery Option, forms will receive a 30% discount.
