Return/Exchange Policy For Carriers
Due to State Health Laws, we will not accept the return of any carrier after a pet has been inside the bag –
No exceptions.
Otherwise, the bag may be returned in exchange for another carrier however, there is a $5.00 re-stocking fee to
cover the cost of inspection and re-packaging. Sale items may not be returned for credit or exchange.
