Datamars ISO Pet Microchip with Sterile Syringe Unregistered

The same world-class Datamars Microfindr™ Slim Chip — without pre-paid registration. The Datamars ISO Pet Microchip Unregistered is ideal for situations where animals need to be identified without enrollment in a public recovery database — such as livestock or equine inventory management, breeding programs, or databases that are pre-populated with owner information that ties the pet to the owner at the point of implant.
Not recommended for pet travel. If your pet may travel internationally or needs to be identified by authorities in the event of loss, we recommend the registered version with free PetLink lifetime registration.
What's Included
- Datamars Microfindr™ Slim Chip — 15-digit, ISO compliant (11784/11785), operating at 134.2 kHz, pre-loaded into a ready-to-use disposable syringe with detachable needle, sterilized by EO gas and individually packed
- Optional PetLink registration — available for a one-time fee at PetLink.net; all future updates are free for the life of your pet
Why the Datamars Slim Chip
- Trusted by veterinarians worldwide — Datamars is a global leader in animal identification technology
- Thinnest chip available — 14-gauge needle for a gentler, less intrusive implant than standard microchips
- No Return Click Syringe — audible click confirms implantation is complete; injector blocks chip withdrawal; needle detaches for minimal medical waste
- ISO worldwide compliance — meets ISO Standards 11784 and 11785, operating at 134.2 kHz
- Smallest and slimmest chip available — as small as a thin grain of rice, weighs a fraction of standard glass microchips
When to Choose Unregistered
This chip is suited for inventory tracking, breeding programs, or any application where the animal is tied to an owner through a private or pre-populated database rather than a public recovery registry. If you need your pet to be identifiable by shelters, vets, or authorities worldwide, choose the registered version instead.
Note: We recommend this microchip be implanted by your veterinarian. For health and safety reasons, microchips can only be returned unopened.
