Prior to traveling with your pet by air, it is essential that you understand the pet policies of the airline you are considering. Not knowing the airlines' requirements could result in your pet being denied the right to board the aircraft. Our experts verify all forms and instructions for your airline prior to sending them to you so that you will be prepared in advance of travel.

If you order email delivery, over 96% of the time, the pet passport documents are delivered within 12 hours or less of receipt of your order.  If there is a delay due to our having to verify information, you will be advised.

3 Easy Steps to get your airline's pet policies and instructions:

2. Select whether you want the Cold Weather Acclimation Form (cargo travel only)
3. Choose how you want the forms sent to you:

a. By Email - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER
b. By First Class Mail (pet passport folder included with First Class Mail shipments)
