Ecuador requires that your pet be vaccinated for rabies at least 60 days prior to travel. Your veterinarian will fill out the Veterinary Certificate for Ecuador and attach the rabies certificate for endorsement by the USDA or CFIA if you are transporting your pet from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from another country, the instructions will advise you. Included are both the English and Spanish versions of the Veterinary Cartificate. A Ticks and Tapeworm Treatment is required shortly prior to travel.
These requirements apply to cats, dogs and ferrets.

Additional forms can be self printed from the Email Attachment option. If ordering additional forms for Ecuador with First Class Mail Delivery Option, forms will receive a 30% discount.
