To import your pet to Bolivia, you will need proof that your dog or cat has been vaccinated against rabies no sooner than 30 days and no later than 12 months before arrival. Your pet will also need a veterinary health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian shortly prior to travel. Included will be both English and Spanish versions of the health certificate. If you are departing from the US or Canada, the health certificate should be endorsed by the USDA or CFIA.
