Pet Passport Thailand
This package contains information and detailed step by step instructions on transporting your dog or cat to Thailand. If your pet is not traveling to Thailand, then you can select the country your pet is traveling to by clicking here to select a pet passport for another country.
Carefully following these instructions will make clearing customs easier and quicker. The instructions will also help to avoid having your pet denied entry, put into quarantine or returned to your country of origin.

Your pet must be microchipped to enter or transit Thailand. The microchip should be a 15 digit ISO 11784/11785 compliant pet microchip. If your pet's microchip is not ISO compliant, then you can carry a microchip scanner.
Thailand requires an Import Permit for entry. Your pet be vaccinated for rabies at least 21 days but not more than 12 months prior to entry. Your veterinarian then completes the proper health certificate and attaches the rabies certificate for endorsement by the USDA or CFIA if traveling from the United States or Canada.
